Teams wishing to book accommodation at WUC 2024 have 2 options:
A. Managed Accommodation Service (HOTELS – through booking agent – Arinex)
Use the Arinex booking portal to view accommodation options based at world famous Surfers Paradise beach. Most of these options are fully serviced hotels in single or shared rooms. View each option to see services and prices. These hotels are all within easy walking distance of the beach with multiple dining options nearby. They are all within a 10minute walk of the Surfers Paradise Transit Centre – where shuttle buses will depart and return all players to the fields each day. WUC 2024 Accommodation Booking Portal
Arinex Accommodation Support Officer:
Arinex will also provide a support officer to assist any teams with accommodation enquiries or issues. The Arinex support officer contact is: wuc2024@arinexgroup.com
IMPORTANT NOTE: For teams wishing to book more than 9 rooms (approx. 25 people) we recommend that you first contact the Arinex support email above with a summary of your request. This will help for a quicker and easier booking process.
B. Self Managed Accommodation (BUDGET OPTIONS)
A list of suitable self managed accommodation options are presented to provide a lower budget option. These options have limited or lower standard services and may include motels or backpacker hostel type arrangements, with larger shared dorms and shared bathrooms. These options are located in Surfers Paradise and Southport and are all within walking distance of a transport hub – where shuttle buses will be provided to transport accredited players and guests to the fields and back each day.
Teams that choose these options will be responsible for making all their own booking arrangements – no support or assistance will be provided by the tournament hosts.
