Guts is a team event in flying disc sports played by two teams of five players each. The game involves throwing a disc back and forth between teams, aiming to pass it through the line of defending players. Points are scored when the opposing team fails to catch a correctly thrown disc. The first team to reach 21 points wins. Teams switch defending goal lines every eleven points, and play continues until one team leads by two points if the score reaches 20-20.
Similar to other frisbee sports, there are no referees, and players uphold the Spirit of the game.
Key rules include alternating between throwing and receiving teams, throwing the disc only when defenders are on their goal line, and catching with one hand without the disc touching the ground or two body parts simultaneously.
